Freemasonry, despite what we are told, is far from declining and what is most alarming is its acceptance and penetration in what are deemed as Evangelical and Reformed congregations. Political manoeuvring, compromise, tolerance of evil, and even the overthrow of justice can, in many cases be traced back to Masonry or at the very least, the “spirit” of Masonry.
The only answer to the problem posed by Freemasonry in the Church and society is to be found in God and His Word - the Gospel of Christ.
The author also firmly believe that Masons themselves will only find the answer to the system of Freemasonry in “the truth of the Gospel.” It should be obvious then, that this book is not attacking Masonry but examining it in the light of the Word of God.
It is the aim of the book to “speak the truth in love” and will benefit many to renounce Freemasonry and not a few, including many Masons, find Christ Jesus as their Lord and Saviour
