When announcing the Third Overcome Conference in 1934 Watchman Nee wrote: “In this conference our hope is to meet Christ, our hope is to meet Christ, to receive light and revelation from heaven, and to be filled with the life that is unknown to ordinary people. We do not intend to pay attention to many minor, outward matters. To know Him, this is what we seek.”
So in this book “God’s Overcomers” are those believers who are willing to overcome every situation of spiritual degradation in order to follow the Lamb wherever He may go. It is God’s intention that every Christian would be an overcomer who gives Christ the first place, who ministers to Him in a pure way, and who is utterly consecrated to Him. In God’s Overcomers Watchman Nee clearly sounds this call to the members of the Body of Christ
