A Bible study on 1 & 2 Samuel from a redemptive historical perspective. Each of 22 lessons contains the same set of questions designed to aid in studying Old Testament narratives. Each lesson also includes one day of questions specific to the passage being studied, complete with cross-references to other parts of scripture. This method teaches people how to study scripture more in depth and glean more from their studies. The study focuses on the rise of the monarchy as it pertains to God's redemptive plan, beginning with the birth of Samuel, and the monarchies of Saul and David.
