David began preaching the gospel among Native Americans at Kaunameek, a Housatonic Indian Settlement, near present day Nassua, New York. During his year there he started a school for Native American children and began a translation of the Psalms. He then went to work among the Delaware Indians and after a year he moved to Crossweeksung in New Jersey where he had his most fruitful ministry.
Even though his life lasted a mere 29 years, it is still a powerful testimony to the fact that God can use those who cry to Him day and night, to accomplish amazing things for His glory.
