Shades of Truth, From Sadie's Sketchbook Series

Moving to a new town, Sadie thought that things would be great. But with the division between bear hunters and researchers and her dad's job mediating between the two, getting along at school isn't easy. Sadie's art instructor encourages her to explore her beliefs and express herself through her sketchbook, and things start to improve after she befriends a kind girl from school and a researcher's son-but she can't stop worrying about the bears. Through it all, Sadie must discover what it means to have faith when you don't have all the answers.
