This short film was made to highlight the fact that BBC received a press release or notification that the Saloman brothers building also known as WTC 7 had collapsed some 23 minutes prior to the actual collapse time. This might seem insignificant but as no modern steel structure had ever collapsed due to fire prior to 9/11 and that people were nearly crushed by the building when it actually collapsed at 5.20pm est. Why did the BBC say it had already collapsed at 4.57 est.
